Custom lists

Custom lists are used to indicate collections of domains that are relevant to a report (e.g., media sites in an ecosystem). However, the custom lists do not have an impact on the algorithmic identification of domains for any of the 'consider' lists.

Populating a custom list

A custom list is populated manually by the operator after consultation with the SEO Pro.

Visualising a custom list

In the report interactive, Explore further > Special > Custom list 1 / 2 will put white rings around domains in the desired custom list (this does not override the currently selected palette).

Viewing the custom list domains

The all_domains_* worksheet in the data tables (MS Excel file) for a report contain Custom list 1 and Custom list 2 columns. Filter these column for 'yes' to see only domains in the desired custom list.
